Long long ago, there were three
brothers and four girls. They liked Matariki
because they liked to lie to
people.
One sunny
Saturday, they lied to heaps of people, by saying, "We're better then
you."
Havana
said happy birthday and she rushed into the fancy kitchen to grab the
scrumptious and colourful cake. Nia pulled them by their hair.
All of
the naughty kids said, "Hi!"
Mr Teddy Bear said, "Seven of you must
leave."
They
would do that every day and night. They shouted. Havana had an idea.
They
huddled up then Havana said, "Let's pull his pants," so they followed her plan.
Sabriye
said, "However will we do that!"
"Yeah!"
shouted Brylie and Porter.
Waylon
screeched, "I love to bite so you'd better be scared, Teddy Bear."
He said, "I must warn
you."
Grason
said, "Chit chat chit."
Ted
left.
The
second day, it was foggy outside.
Brylie
said, "Where is everyone?"
Right at
that moment, a flash of light struck. A net flung onto them. The naughty
kids were scared.
"Don't
lie or you will end badly!" yelled Mr Teddy
Bear. "Mr Teddy Bear, please
don't hurt us!" the poor kids said. He twisted and twisted and threw the
seven of them up into the sky.
"Hooray!" the people cheered.
All of
the villagers said, "Thank you, Mr Teddy Bear."
He said, "You're welcome."
That night, they celebrated the day called Matariki. You see them
late May and early June.
